HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
ONLINE PURCHASES:
- Return to our store: You can return an item to our store @ 29 West Street, Drogheda, Co Louth where you will receive your refund.
- Postage: If you cannot visit a store you may return your item by post to Wool Works, 29 West Street, Drogheda, Co Louth.
Items returned by post are at your own expense. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked delivery service for this method of return.
Please allow upto 10 working days from receipt of return.
IN-STORE PURCHASES:
You can return your item to Wool Works, 29 West Street, Drogheda, Co Louth, along with store receipt. Any refunds/exchanges sought without a receipt are at the store manager’s discretion.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
ONLINE PURCHASES:
Once returned items have been approved by manager, you will receive your refund via the same payment method used to make your purchase. Please allow 7-10 working days. You will receive an email from us with confirmation of your return.
IN-STORE PURCHASES:
You will receive your refund via the same payment method used to make your purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days for funds to appear back on your card.
WHAT ABOUT FAULTY GOODS?
Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty, but please take extra care to read the specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is due to wear and tear or misuse.
